DANIELS, W.Va. -- Notre Dame College extended its lead to 10 shots after the second round of the Mountain East Conference Championships at the Resort at Glade Springs.
The Falcons have a two-day total of 651, 10 shots ahead of Wheeling Jesuit. West Virginia Wesleyan is within striking distance at 664. Concord stands in fourth at 688, followed by Charleston (706), West Liberty (717), Urbana (734), UVa-Wise (768) and Glenville State (786).
Wheeling Jesuit's Kasey Frazier shot a second round 78 to remain in the individual lead with a total of 150. West Virginia Wesleyan's Becky Gossard is just three shots back, and NDC's Michiko Smith and WVWC's Kayla Linger are tied for third with a 157.
The championship will conclude tomorrow.
