BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- The pairings for the 2014 Mountain East Conference Men's Basketball Tournament presented by GoMart have been set.

Regular season champion West Liberty, along with Charleston, Glenville State and Fairmont State each earned first round byes and advance to the quarterfinal round in Charleston starting Friday, March 7. The Pioneers and Falcons secured a spot in the top four in the regular season standings with wins on Saturday.

West Virginia Wesleyan, Shepherd, Wheeling Jesuit and West Virginia State will host first round games on their campuses on Tuesday, March 4. The Bobcats will take on Urbana, the Rams will play host to Concord, Wheeling Jesuit will play UVa-Wise and West Virginia State will face Notre Dame.
